We bought our Berlingo in August 2015 and have enjoyed using it to tour around the UK using a mix of wild-camping, aires and campsites throughout the year. With its cab air-con, indoor/outdoor cooking options and professionally installed Autoterm diesel heating, which also has a cool fan option, it is well-equipped for year-round use in all weather. We deliberately left the hose a little longer so it can be used for drying wet gear, boots and clothing and it can even be used as a hair dryer!
Unlike other camping cars designed for solo-use, this has a generously sized 2m long rear bed offering plenty of space to stretch out and rest following a day of exploring.
It also has a recent 130Ah leisure battery professionally installed together with a split-charger so it charges while being driven and this can power a compressor fridge coolbox. Further accessories can be powered by the additional rear 12V sockets, USB ports and a QC/PD port for fast charging.
When not needed for camping, thanks to its clip in/out rear seats designed to be fitted or removed in seconds, and fully-removable modular camping units, it can revert to a conventional car in just a few minutes, then back again into camping mode. The original 3 rear seats are in excellent condition and included in the sale.
The car has been serviced annually, has a full service history from new, a new MOT to 27 August 2025 and is ready to go exploring.
It can be viewed near Ross-on-Wye (HR9 6) and inspections are invited.
